We greet you in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. St. Paul African Methodist Episcopal Church is the oldest African American Church in Dane County, and its doors have been open continually since 1902. As we reflect on the remarkable journey that St. Paul A.M.E. Church has embarked upon over the past century we know that our church is not just a building, but a living testimony of faith, resilience, and the enduring grace of God. Our doors are still open, and we hope that St. Paul will be the place where you choose to share your life’s journey with our family of faith. Our mission is simple yet transformative - to equip God's people to grow spiritually, physically, financially, and intellectually, empowering them to engage in practical Christ-centered ministry in our ever-changing world.
If you are in the Madison area, or if you have plans to visit, we warmly extend our invitation for you to join us in our worship service. Within these walls, you will find a welcoming and inclusive community, eager to embrace you with open arms. At St. Paul A.M.E. Church, there is always room for one more soul seeking solace, guidance, and spiritual nourishment. We hope you will join us!
May His blessings be upon you abundantly, and may His presence be felt in every corner of your lives. Amen.
